What should I wear to my headshot session?
Wear what you'd wear to an important meeting in your field. Solid, mid-tone colors photograph best; avoid busy patterns, logos, and very bright white. Bring one or two alternate tops or jackets so we can vary the look. Make sure clothes are pressed and fit well through the shoulders.
How long does a headshot session take?
An individual session is 30 minutes, booked in the Saratoga Springs / Capital Region area or at a location you choose. That's enough time for a couple of outfit changes and a relaxed pace. On team days, each person typically needs only 5–10 minutes in front of the camera.
How do on-location team headshot days work?
We arrive early and set up lights and a backdrop in a conference room or spare office. Your team signs up for short time slots, steps away from their desk for a few minutes, and goes right back to work. Everyone gets the same lighting and background, so your staff page looks consistent. Team pricing is $125 per person for 9 or fewer and $95 per person for 10 or more, plus a $100 setup fee within 25 miles of Saratoga Springs, with a $395 on-location minimum (setup included). New hires get free headshots for 6 months afterward.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
You'll see your proofs shortly after the session to choose your favorites. Retouched final images are typically delivered within a few business days of your selections. If you have a hard deadline, mention it when you book.
What area do you travel to?
There's no fixed studio — Louis is based in the Saratoga Lake area and travels to you. We serve clients within 25 miles of Saratoga Springs, which includes Albany and much of the Capital Region. Sessions happen at your office, in a conference room, or at an indoor or outdoor spot you pick.
